Elections for a new ERGC LSC will be held this Spring 2010.

Nomination forms must be dropped off or mailed to the Local School Council Relations Office by 3 p.m. on March 4. Nomination forms are due at schools by 3 p.m. on March 11.
LSC elections take place at all elementary schools from 6 a.m. – 7 p.m. on April 21, 2010. LSC elections take place at all high schools from 6 a.m. – 7 p.m. on April 22, 2010. To find more information about your school, visit our find a school section.
The school principal is automatically a member of the LSC. Teacher representatives are appointed by the Board, following a preference poll of all full-time staff. A high school student is also appointed by the Board, following a preference poll of students at the school.
Parent, community, and teacher representatives serve a two-year term beginning July 1 after each election and ending June 30, two years later. Student representatives serve a one-year term beginning July 1 and ending June 30 of the following year.
